PRE- ORDER POLICY
🛍️ Pre-Order Process at Pamela Custom Boutique!
Pre-ordering allows you to reserve exclusive or limited-quantity items before they’re available in-store or online. Here’s how it works:
📌 1. Browse & Select
- Items available for pre-order will be clearly marked “Pre-Order” on our website or in-store.
- Product descriptions will include the estimated arrival date and any special notes (e.g., limited stock, handmade, exclusive release).
💳 2. Place Your Order
- Full payment is required at the time of ordering to secure your item.
- Payment can be made via credit/debit card, PayPal, or any method we accept.
- You’ll receive an order confirmation by email or text once the transaction is complete.
⏳ 3. Processing & Shipping
- Pre-order items usually ship within 2–6 weeks, depending on supplier or production schedules.
- We'll notify you if there are any delays or changes to the expected delivery date.
- Once your item is ready, it will be shipped or prepared for local pickup, depending on your chosen option.
📦 4. Pickup or Delivery
- If you selected in-store pickup, we’ll notify you when your item arrives via email or SMS.
- For shipping orders, a tracking number will be sent once the item has shipped.
❗ Important Notes
- Pre-orders are final sale and non-refundable, as the item is reserved specifically for you.
- In the rare event that a pre-order cannot be fulfilled (e.g., supplier cancellation), we will issue a full refund or offer a store credit.
- If your order includes in-stock and pre-order items, we may ship them separately or together, depending on your preference.
